2 Bedroom with Netflix hbo Disney+ and amazon prm

The 2 Bedroom unit is within a 3 story apartment and is located on the 2nd floor. House is very near SM Lanang Premier and other malls and is also located near the airport. Internet is a fibr line from Globe with speed at up to 200mbps. Each room has Smart Televisions with subscriptions to Netflix, HBO GO, Disney+ and Amazon Prime. There is still some construction around the area so there is some noise during the day. The space Cozy rooms with internet and smart TV in each room. The owner has dogs living in the property but are outside of the house. Guest access Guests can access the shared spaces, the living room, kitchen and dining area. The host lives on the 3rd floor and 2 helpers live in the back of the house. Pool can be accessed but is currently closed due to covid. During your stay I try to meet the guests when I’m able. If I’m not the helpers are always available to attend to the guest’s requests. Other things to note The unit is in a townhouse so some areas are shared
