Simple Stay - Between Columbia Mall & Downtown

A comfortable twin size bed makes this room perfect for a one person reservation. Location has easy access to the interstate and is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shopping, and a Gerbes grocery right across the street. Along with the private room, is an awesome shared tv living area guests are welcome use. It's stocked with Keurig coffee, water in the mini-fridge, a microwave, and some breakfast items. We do have dogs you may hear from time to time, but we keep them quiet as possible. The space We have two guest rooms available for Airbnb reservations so you may see another guest in the shared area. Also may see our dogs passing through with us, so we’d love you to meet them if your comfortable. We are trying to have them meet new people any chance possible. Guest access Parking is best on the street in front of the house. During your stay Check-in is from 3pm-5pm but that is flexible if communicated, so please let me know if you plan to arrive outside that time window so I am prepared. I try to meet guests when they arrive, unless it's later at night.
