Private dock (boat lift is NOT available for guests but we can provide assistance with trailer parking); boat launch is 5 minutes away at Town Point Landing. Guest access Guests have use of the cottage, yard, back deck and dock. Boat lift is NOT available for guest use. No guest access to chicken coop/pen at far end of property. No access to storage shed. Parking of more than 3 cars, or parking of trailers, must be reviewed with host (to insure our well, drain field and power lines are not damaged). Other things to note Pet friendly with ADVANCE approval. Dogs must be leashed at all times on property and dock. Proof of Rabies vaccination required - no exceptions.
