The entrance consists of a door leading to the cozy communal garden (see photo) , surrounded by high walls that allow privacy and tranquility´, despite the centrality of the location. The very well equipped kitchen is modern, with electric oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher and gas stove (5 burners). The round table can accommodate up to 5 people. SmartTV 48” HD with antenna and satellite channels and 30 gigabyte WiFi, speaker/radio with bluetooth connection. The sofa bed can accommodate a 5th guest. The 2 bedrooms have the same style and furnishings, top-quality orthopedic king-size boxspring beds, 2 single comforters for each double bed, double pillows :80x80 down or 75x50 ergonomic memoryfoam. Both private bathrooms have large walk-in showers with masonry bench and thermostatic faucets. No bidets. Each room has independent heating and is well soundproofed .As this is a condominium, the heating is turned on in accordance with current Italian regulations and decided on a year-by-year basis (generally from mid-October to mid-April). In the apartment there are iron and ironing board, clothesline , clothesline vacuum cleaner and vileda mop, detergent and dishwashing liquid, as well as board games and informational brochures about the surroundings . Our guests can use the garden and the round table with 4 chairs and umbrella , to be shared with the guests of the upper apartment :enjoy reading a book , sunbathing or sipping a glass of wine in relaxation , but we kindly ask you to respect the silence after 11 pm . Smoking is allowed in the garden , not inside the house . The city center is pedestrian , but a free place is provided in a secure underground garage, about 40 meters from the property: it is located directly along the main road on Via IV Novembre, you can check on the map photo how close it is. A 4-wheel cart is available for transporting luggage. A convenient room in the basement, next to the laundry room, allows you to safely store your bicycles and have them ready for a morning ride ( video surveillance) . In front of the apartment are a bakery and bistro with aperitifs and food, and in front of the garage 40 meters away is a bakery with fresh bread and pastries that is always open. A short distance from the apartment are : cozy gourmet cafes, , a fruit and vegetable store, a supermarket , a pharmacy and several restaurants and stores. Public beaches and museums are nearby, a couple of meters away. There is an online guide for guests about our favorite places and suggestions about the surroundings, which has been printed and is in the apartment. Children are welcome: we have a crib and high chair (to be requested in advance) . Use is free, please return them in good condition or extra cleaning charges will be applied. There is a baby bathtub. A mandatory tourist fee of € 2 per guest per day and is due from 10 years of age ; it will be collected in cash before departure .
