Large house, great location

We have a large house in a great spot in South Perth. 10 minutes drive from the city. And about 20 minutes drive from the beach. Just me mum and dad and my two brothers at home. We also live a stones through from a nice local bar and restaurant. The space Bus stop is 30 metres from our house this bus takes you directly into the city, or can take you directly into Fremantle or anywhere in between. Canning highway is a very long road so makes transportation incredibly easy. Guest access All less than 100 metres away 1minute Walk Local bar and restaurant Bottle shop Pizza shop kebab shop Little further 5min walk maximum Gourmet burger shop IGA supermarket post office Chinese food Nice coffee shop In our place you will have access to the nice big spacious kitchen which will have anything you need. Fridge and freezer for storage of food. New bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, basin Front yard and balcony to hang out/ rest with table tennis table. back yard with heaps of space and back lawn. During your stay Parents out working during the day but will be around after 4pm, my brother and I get up to different things in the day so different all the time. we're all pretty easy to get along with and more than happy to hang about and have a conversation or a coffee. Other things to note We have a pet dog and two cats that hang about the house.
