This spacious appartment is called “Mare” for a reason: the bedroom is facing the sea. It has a balcony and a private terrace. The appartment is furnished with selected antique furnitures and numerous paintings of the Swiss painter Constantin Pollastri, who founded the Villa d’Artisti. You also have access to the other gardens, including a wooden platform. On site you can enjoy Yoga & Qi Gong and exquisite local cuisine uppon request. They are available separately, or the villa may be rented as a whole. Every apartment has central heating and tenants may use one of the three covered garage spaces. Golf The 18-hole golf course is only a five-minute’s drive from the Villa d’Artisti and stretches across several terraces covered with ancient olive groves and a lake. Cycling, Downhill, Hiking, Riding Downhill/Cycling/Walking/Riding A fifteen-minute drive by bus or car takes you to San Romolo (787 MSL), where you can find one of the biggest downhill parks.
