The space - Two towers connected by a wooden deck, featuring 4 en-suites with separate entrances (two en-suites on the ground floor and two on the first floor), all with a double bed, air-conditioning, minibar and electric shower. - On the second floor, we have a wonderful Rooftop equipped with a bathroom, table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the sunset. - Very large outdoor leisure area, featuring: Integrated kitchen with dining area (refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, Smart TV, dining table and other utensils); Barbecue area; Social bathroom; Shaded pergola; Six-meter pool. - We also have a garden with ample private parking for 3 cars. Other things to note - House located in a residential area, and, out of respect for our neighbors, we do not agree with loud SOUND. Our house has only one camera located externally, filming only the parking lot and entrance gate.
