This 36-square-meter ocean-view apartment consists of a beautiful living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a spacious balcony, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Well-equipped, you will have Wi-Fi, Netflix. Ideally located on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with elevator, you will fully enjoy the seaside resort of St Jean de Mont where everything is within walking distance: the beach, the casino, restaurants, shops of all kinds. Other things to note Check-in is autonomous with a key box. The check-in procedure will be sent to you on the day before or on the day of your arrival, along with all the necessary explanations. Cleaning is included but the apartment must be reasonably tidy, garbage emptied, dishes clean and tidy, kitchen clean. Linens are not included, but you have the option to rent them from the concierge service for €21, with the bed made upon your arrival, two bath towels, a bath mat, and a dish towel.
