The space This posh & fancy 3 bedroom apartment is located in Gouna's only beachfront residence - Mangroovy with a free pool and beach access. Mangroovy is closest to the Marina (10 min walk). The apartment is on the 2nd floor overlooking the pool and features a private rooftop with a jacuzzi (not heated) - perfect for sun bathing and enjoying a drink! It also features an open plan fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and a living room. There is a 55 inch smart TV with Airplay and cable channels, washing machine, a Nespresso machine, kettle and a microwave. The apartment is great for groups & big families. However it is allowed in the unit’s balcony (if applicable). A fine of $100 may be imposed in case of smoking indoors. Partying, excessive noise and public alcohol drinking is not allowed. In case of violations, security will be notified and appropriate strict actions will be taken.
