Beautiful view from the window in winter and summer. You can watch the local life. There are always free parking spaces in the yard. Next to the house, there is a large shopping center Zhar Ptitsa, as well as a grocery market with gastronomic delights. And of course, everyone's favorite Pyaterochka and Magnit. The apartment is decorated in the colors of nature: water, sand, sun, forest, which will allow you to relax and have a good rest in an atmosphere of warmth and comfort. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. A double bed 140x200 made of natural wood with a good mattress will allow you to sleep well. As an extra bed, you can use a sofa bed that folds into a full 160x200 bed. Clean bed linen and towels. All the necessary attributes for cooking. We have delicious tea and sugar for our guests.
