The studio is easily accessed through the codes gate from the street. The studio is seperate from the home and has its own entrance. It’s an open plan space with living area with Tv, bedroom with queen bed, beautifully styled bathroom and beach styled kitchenette. This space is perfect for a short getaway for a single or couple who would like a private, clean space, beautifully styled and close to the beach. Please note the front yard is a shared space and we have a wonderful family French bulldog who may play out the front or come to visit from time to time. Guest access There is plenty of safe free parking right outside the property on the street. Gated parking is available on request. You will access the studio through a coded gate which brings you to a beautifully landscaped front yard with the studio to the left of them main house. The studio is seperate from the house and has its own front entrance.
