Simultaneously, our complex, is located 30 seconds away from the main Protaras strip. Suitable for groups, couples and families. The apartment is tastefully furnished and fully equipped. We take pride in allowing our guests to feel straight at home and providing amenities even for the most demanding guests. All rooms are fully air-conditioned with high speed internet. The apartment includes a private balcony overlooking the protaras strip, outdoor barbecue grill, a kids trampoline and a satellite smart TV(with Netflix and channels from over 10 countries). The space The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is located on the first floor while also including private underground parking. Upon entering the property, you will see a luxurious kitchen with everything you could possibly need including a dishwasher, a microwave, coffee-maker, kitchen utensils and much more. It is connected to well-styled living room. Guest access Access to the property is obstructed by a car barrier that opens with an electric remote. The electric remote is attached to the keys of the property, of which you will be informed of where to find in email 2 days before arrival.
