Broulee Beach Pad is only 150m from North Broulee Beach, Offshore Surf Shop, Single Fin Cafe, the new Broulee Brewhouse, a Pharmacy, Broulee Surf School and other nearby shops. Only 750m gets you to Candalagan Creek and a few metres more to the famous Mossy Cafe or kayak hire at the boatramp. Strolling in the other direction you’ll find a supermarket, bottlo and servo, the Broulee Surf Club and the highly popular South Broulee Beach. Book 7+ days for 10% off!! This is as central as it gets The space With only two houses on the block, Broulee Beach Pad is located right at the front and is really easy to access. Plenty of room for your boat or cars out the front or in the carport. There are two large bedrooms with a queen bed in one and a triple bunk consisting of a double bed under a single in the other. There is lots of space to put your portacot or I can provide a spare mattress for an extra friend or guest if you’d like. There is a fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining room with piano for those special singalong moments. A smart tv with Netflix is in the lounge for you to watch your favourite movies and just chill. Feel free to log into your own Stan or Fox on the telly. For those staying a little longer there is a washing and laundry too… hmm, the beach is so close! Guest access Broulee is around four hours’ drive from Sydney and just over two hours from Canberra. It’s less than 20min drive from Batemans Bay and about 15 from Moruya. You can also fly into Moruya Airport, just 10min away, and hire a car to explore the region or I may be able to collect you and drop you to Broulee Beach Pad. No matter how you travel here, we’ll be in touch prior to your arrival and I am happy to meet you at the house or direct you to the set of keys in the lockbox near the front door. There is plenty of parking at the front and sides of the house for your boat, surfskis and cars. Other things to note The house and contents are there for your full use during your stay so make yourselves at home. The linen cupboard has plenty of spare linen should they be needed and a stack of puzzles and toys to keep you entertained. Pets will need approval prior to booking confirmation so please get in touch before ‘instant booking. There is a small yard which may or may not be secured for pets. Please contact me prior to booking with details of the pets you are hoping to bring as I may need to put the temporary fencing back in situ. Ideal for smaller or older pets not needing a large yard.
