Down the street you’ll find an exclusive Sunset Blvd Community Dock on Point Judith Salt Pond– great for launching kayaks, paddleboards, fishing or enjoying clamming. Guests can enjoy walking or biking through the quiet neighborhood all while taking in captivating summer sunsets over the water. For beachgoers, just minutes away are three fabulous state beaches - Scarborough State Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach. Block Island makes for an awesome day trip with the Ferry being a 5-minute drive. After a day of seaside adventures, rinse off in the outdoor shower before stepping inside. As you enter, you are greeted by an abundance of natural light that floods through the large windows, creating a bright and airy ambiance throughout. The open-concept layout upstairs seamlessly connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas, setting the stage for memorable gatherings. Each item is individually packaged in plastic to ensure you receive a fresh set for your stay. As the guest, you are responsible for making the beds. This is an intentional part of our process to provide reassurance around the cleanliness and handling of your linens. For your convenience, starter supplies are also provided. These include, at minimum: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom.
