Enjoy a cozy stay at this peaceful mountain retreat! This house is a two min walk to Fairplay's Main Street and historic South Park City. It is drivable to many ski resorts (Breck, Keystone, A-Basin, Copper, Monarch, Cooper, etc). Or just an ideal weekend escape to get away from city life. It comfortably sleeps six, with plenty of parking and amenities to feel right at home. This house is built in 1935, giving it lots of character and endearing quirks. PERMIT #2023016593 The space This house is a true mountain residence, ready for you to settle in and live the small town charm which is Fairplay. There are three bedrooms, two feature queens and one is a set of full-size bunkbeds. There is a full kitchen, ready for cooking meals- I'll admit it's small, but all the better to cuddle up around the table and enjoy good company. There is a laundry/mudroom to keep all your gear- and clean it if necessary. The living room has a 43" TV and my dorky favorite part- a very fake electric fireplace- IT'S FUN. The bathroom has bathtub/shower combo and a double-sink vanity. There is an empty shed out back and plenty of parking, both on the property as well as the street. Guest access The house is accessible via a door code- and once inside you can choose to use the code or I have a keys available if you prefer.
