You will see your Kiwi flag to help locate entrance. VERY Private space! Only one-and-a-half blocks to park and lake, perfect for walking, jogging, etc. Walking distance to Old South Gaylord restaurants and shops. Ample free parking. Close to light rail, RTD bus lines, I-25, Univ. of Denver. one of Denver's most centrally located, favorite neighborhoods! Sleeping areas are in bedroom ( queen bed ) & in open space , sofa / day bed . I do have a blow up mattress. Other things to note Two separated Airbnb's are located in the same home. One on the main floor, the "Kiwi Suite" is downstairs basement. Each Airbnb has its own entrance. Upstairs Airbnb has front door entrance & exit . Downstairs Airbnb has side door entrance & exit. You can park right in front , facing Exposition . Go up steps, open gate , you are THERE ! Both Airbnb's have stairs . Both share the side yard & laundry room Host lives upstairs Sheets : Bamboo sheets may be stripped & left on bed. KEYS : When leaving please leave keys in lime , Kiwi door Thanks!
