This basement apartment is for rent for 32 days minimum only. If you need a quiet comfortable place to stay while visiting Montreal, or living here short-term, our apartment is ideal for students, couples or visiting relatives. It has a private entrance, private patio, and fully equipped kitchen. It is a 5 minute walk to shops on Monkland Ave, and a 15 minute walk to the metro. Parking is on the street in front of the house. It is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Other things to note In the bathroom there is only a shower, no tub.
