Adorable one bedroom place close to Romsey Town

A newly refurbished 2 storey, one bedroom annexe with free parking and outside space. Situated in Awbridge, 5 miles from Romsey, a market town full of character and charm. Filled with independent shops and boutiques the town has an eclectic mix of restaurants, coffee shops and bars. direct access to country walks and the Test Way. Within easy reach of Peppa Pig World, New Forest, Salisbury, Marwell Zoo, Winchester & Bournemouth beaches. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The space The Annexe is attached to The Cottage (my main residence). There is a connecting door which is has no access during your stay. I prefer guests to use the parking space on the road (very quiet road) by the hedge, however, if you require I can provide a parking space in my drive. Access to The Annexe is through it's own front door into a hall/stairs and there are doors into the downstairs living space and a door at the top of the landing into the bedroom. In the bedroom there is space for a travel cot or there is a bed settee downstairs. Outside there is a grassed area with outdoor table and chairs for your sole use. There are driveway gates to make this a safe space if required. Please be aware I am on site and the driveway is a shared space with me. I here mostly on my own with my chocolate labroador and generally out walking, playing golf or in my enclosed rear garden but on hand if you need anything. Guest access There is a key box located in the front porch. I will send the code 12-24 hours before your stay.
