Lizzie's (For Long-Term)

Lizzie's is your humble home for your Cebu trip. It is ideally located at the heart of Cebu, it lies just across the University of the Philippines and a stone's throw away from shopping centres, restaurants, and business parks. The space Lizzie's lies within the Azalea Place condominium building. It is a one-bedroom condominium unit, with 1 bathroom. It comfortably accommodates 4 guests. The living area is air-conditioned with a smart TV, it has cable channels as well as Netflix. An extension cord for usb-type connection is located near the TV. Lizzie's is also equipped with high-speed fiber optic internet, which will come in handy during your stay. A local phone is available at your disposal (No calls to abroad/overseas please). The couch is a convertible sofa-bed which sleeps 2 people. The dining/kitchen area has a 4 seater dining table. A refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, rice cooker and induction cooker are available for use. Plates, cups, cutlery and basic cooking utensils are also provided. The bedroom is an en-suite room. A queen-size bed sits in the middle of the room with a bedside lamp. The bedroom is air-conditioned. The wardrobe dresser has a built-in full-length mirror. A flat-iron and ironing board is provided to help keep your clothes crease-free. Extra pillows and blankets are available in the wardrobe. Basic toiletries will be provided - towels (one per guest), toilet roll and soap. The shower is equipped with a heater, it has a round shower head as well as a hand-held shower head. Toilet has a bidet. The building has its own standby generator in case of any power interruption. A fire extinguisher is located at the back of the main door. Fire evacuation and earthquake plans are located inside and outside the elevators/lifts. Please take time to read these and locate the exits/stairs for your safety. An intercom connected to be front desk/reception is available. Food deliveries will need to be collected at the front desk/reception.
