Newly decorated beautiful home with pool in east Boca Raton FL. Minutes away from popular spots like Downtown Delray Beach (the Ave.), Mizner Park and the Beach. This is the perfect Vacation home for a wonderful getaway in paradise. Easy access from I-95, nearby grocery stores and shopping centers. Fast wifi internet and ice cold AC. Great location. Washer and dryer. On site parking for 4 vehicles. House has a Beautiful pool, outdoor area, BBQ grill, putting green outdoor dining & lounge. The space The home is about 1600 sqft. With a lot size of about 5000 sqft. Three bedrooms two bathrooms. Two bedrooms have king size beds. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The master bedroom has a very big private bathroom. The living room is big and spacious with an open concept. The house comes with a modern full kitchen comfortable for cooking and entertaining. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans , silverware, dishes, cups, coffee machine, and toaster. Every bedroom comes with a TV. 4K TV in living room. You have a comfortable back yard and a pool for enjoying the sunshine Guest access On site Parking for up to 4 vehicles. Steps away from front door. Single floor home. You can get Around by foot, bike, auto. It’s up to the guest. There are stores close to the house. This depends from guest to guest. Other things to note Every room comes with 4 regular large towels and two small towels. Regular towels can be used for the pool. If more clean towels are needed please use the laundry to wash towels. We do not provide beach -there is a $45 fee for using the BBQ - we do not provide laundry detergent Pool Heater: Use of the pool heater will be an additional cost of $40/day. Pool can be heated to a maximum of 84 degrees Fahrenheit. Please keep in mind that pool water temperature will fluctuate between day and night. Also keep in mind that pool water temperature might not reach its set point on cooler days. The pool equipment runs from 9am to 5pm everyday. If you desire to use the pool heater please let us know in advance. Pool heating only available between months of December to mid April This house has guest house attached to the back of the house. The guest house is completely separated from the main house. There is no interactions with the guest staying at the guest house. Guest house has its separate parking, entrance and outdoor area. You do not cross paths with guest from the guest house. laundry detergent is not provided. Pool is private for this house. It is not shared To access to the pool, BBQ and outdoor area you walk out the front door and enter the side gate of the house. The path is to the the pool, BBQ and outdoor area is a nice paver path and the distance between front door and side gate is about 10 feet. There are train tracks about 1/2 a mile away. For super sensitive guest you might hear the noise more, it’s not a problem for most guest since they barely notice it. The house is on a corner and face two different streets. Parking, entrance and exit to the property is on Newcastle st. Which is a very calm and quiet street, it’s very easy access. The front door faces N Dixie. which is a two way street that can be more busy on weekdays during peak hours . There is a big separation between front door and N Dixie it’s over 75ft of grass area and there are tall hedges that give the front door privacy and separation.
