Adults, kids, and furry friends will all have the best time living on the bay! Enjoy a short 1 block walk to direct beach access in beautiful South Bethany beach. We just purchased this home in December 2021 and completed a full custom renovation, similar to our beach house in Rehoboth. You can follow along on Insta gram at Beachhouseimpossible. 2 miles to downtown Bethany’s main strip of shops & restaurants. Accessible by car, or walking on the path right outside our door! The space Welcome to Kent Place! A beautiful home on the canal on a small, quiet street, 1 block from the beach. Our home was completely remodeled (by us!) during the winter of 2022. You’ll be our fourth-summer guests! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house including 4 parking spots at the house, the garage, dock, and 5 bedrooms including 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor along with the kitchen and living areas and 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry on the 3rd floor. The third floor master bedroom includes a large bathroom and private deck. Enjoy the beautiful sunset with views of the bay and beach while lounging upstairs. Other things to note No smoking 🚭 anywhere on home premise (no smoking indoors or on the deck, or on the lawn). We rent only to groups over 25 years old. 2 dogs maximum (message us if you have special requests). Please note we don’t provide sheets & towels but can recommend a rental service.
