An old Victorian homestead in the heart of Bo-Kaap.A 5 min walk from Bars\Clubs\Restaurants\Shopping destinations\Long Street. located in the heart of the historical colorful Bo-Kaap. Gorgeous view of Table Mountain from the kitchen\lounge, Bed room and the private terrace. The bedrooms are large, spacious and comfy. The seating area in the open-plan lounge/kitchen is perfect to relax and interact in and spills onto a private outdoor deck. Very safe area The space We have fondly called this apartment Flamingo Terrace, due to its brightly pink colored exterior! The open plan lounge kitchen area is perfectly situated under the gaze of our majestic Table Mountain and offers a magnificent view day and night. A privet wooden deck offers outdoor space that will enhance your "outdoor" experience of the city, whilst still being private and secure. The master bedroom offers a king size bed and a small comfortable seating area. The second bedroom has a view over Table Mountain and a queen size bed. Although modified to modern standards, this building has wooden floors that creak and can be noisy. You have your own appartment but the entrance is shared with the one bedroom apartment next door and locals live permanently upstairs and downstairs. Guest access Upon parking (on street parking), in front of the house, you enter through a security gate and common entrance. Your front door is directly in front of you. Other things to note Additional cleaning will be required for longer stays, an additional $65 will be added for every extra cleaning, usually one cleaning every two weeks, If you are not open minded to other cultures this place is not for you! The house is located in the very special and historic cape Malay neighborhood with mostly locals and artists. The area is very very safe but If you are looking for an all ‘white’ area don’t stay in boo Kaap Please note that this is an inner city apartment. The home has a family (with no kids) living above us and a family above in this beautiful house. Please ensure that suitable noise is made to maintain neighborly respect for all. Parking is directly in front of the house and has been agreed upon by all neighbors alike.
