This boutique hotel is located in downtown Ozona, steps away from Molly Goodhead, Ozona Pig, and the Ozona Brewing Company. Unit #1 is a spacious studio with a king sized bed, hotel type kitchen, and a large beautiful bathroom with soaking tub, double sinks, and large shower. On our patio you can enjoy the hot tub, grilling and dining, or just a nap in the Florida sunshine. Dogs are welcome! Come stay in this light, airy, and beach styled Inn in the quirky, coastal village of Ozona. 3Gulls Inn started life as a motel in 1947 and has seen many changes and occupants. It is now a boutique hotel with large rooms, bright and fun common rooms, including pool table and bar area, and has a beautiful, tropical patio with grills, dining tables, lounge chairs, and hot tub. We also provide access to a laundry area. The hotel is in downtown Ozona which is steps from Molly Goodhead, Ozona Pig, Courtyard Cafe, and the Ozona Brewing Company. At the end of Bay Street is the gulf and is a great place to watch the sun set. The marina there has kayaks that you can rent. The Pinellas Trail is a great place to ride bikes, walk, or jog. It is 2 blocks from the front door. Guests can access all common spaces and the laundry room, in addition to their own room. I am in the Inn everyday by 9:30 or I am available to guests anytime by phone, text, or email. If needed on property, I live just a few blocks away. Downtown Ozona has several great restaurants that are not to be missed. The Dunedin Causeway and Caledesi State park and beach are 2 miles away. Downtown Dunedin is 5 miles away and Tarpon Springs is 5 miles away in the opposite direction. There is plenty of free parking on the property. If guests prefer public transportation, the Jolly Trolley can be boarded at the end of the block. We are dog friendly and will gladly accommodate up to 2 pups. Please be aware that we are a small hotel and others are staying in the adjoining rooms. If your dog/dogs are barkers please do not leave them alone in room.
