This is a beautiful, upscale and pet friendly, 1700 square foot, ocean front luxury townhouse. Located three blocks from the center of town in Rockaway Beach, Oregon. 180-degree views from the living room deck to watch the waves while cooking or drinking morning coffee from the couch or on the upper deck. Three king beds/rooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a master jetted shower, and a guest jetted bathtub. Luxuriously appointed throughout with endless amenities including hot-tub, game room, WIFI and more. The space Luxuriously appointed rooms were designed by owner who has a masters from Florance Italy in design. Theme: Restoration Hardwear meets the Pacific Northwest Oregon Coast. The three king bedrooms with three king beds have mattresses designed for comfort and minimum to no disruption to the other person sleeping in the bed. If someone moves on the bed you won't feel it. Creating a more restful sleep. There is an additional Pack-N-Play for parents to use as needed, as well as an air-mattress with sheets ready for those who would like their own space to sleep. Lastly there is a final sleeping option for teens that want their own space with the Game Room in the garage that has a pull-out sleep number bed in the couch. OneDiamondBeach is a labor of love, living in the house for six weeks getting it ready for guests after first purchasing it. OneDiamondBeach is meant to feel relaxing, peaceful, and bring the soul comfort to see the beauty of the changing days, and restful sounds of the ocean. We want every experience to be one of joy that creates lasting memory for years to come. Guest access Description tour of private townhome: The bottom floor when you enter the has a entry area, a guest bedroom and bathroom, a stacked laundry unit hidden in a closet, the master bedroom and bathroom, as well as a deck with hot-tub (off master) with a set of table and chairs to relax in if needed, there is also a beach closet with sand toys, beach tent, beach chairs and kites, the deck that leads down five steps right to the sand. This is a perfect place to let the kids play while you watch from the hot tub etc. There is also a baby gate to put up as needed for guests with pups or kids that need to stay on the deck but can be outside without worry of walking down the steps. The upper level hosts the living room, dining room, kitchen, half bath, and third guest room that hosts a walk out deck with mountain views. Off the living room you will find large glass sliding doors leading to an upper deck that hosts a propane fire pit, tables, chairs and an outdoor area rug, where you can relax and watch the ocean, enjoy the sun, or have a glass of wine while listening to the ocean and watching the stars at night. Other things to note For guests that have a hard time with stairs please know that the main living area is up about 15 steps as mentioned in the description tour of home. We have tried to cover all needs for a range of families and friends that would be helpful. The garage Game Room is accessed by pressing the garage door opener on the wall next to the front door, then walking outside to the garage. You can open and close the garage from the inside when in use to keep heat in etc. Each guest is allotted one propane tank for the upper deck fire pit. If you need another tank, check the garage and replace the propane level indicator as you found it on the empty tank. Leave all empty tanks in the garage. There is also a small propane grill in the garage for use on wheels you can wheel out to the driveway to cook on as needed. Please clean with provided brush after use. The driveway can fit two cars. The arcade machine in the Game Room does not need coins to play. It is free. Please make sure to turn off the arcade machine after use otherwise the screen will fade out and have a short. Please feel free to use the boardgames, books, any toys etc. during your stay.
