The space ✔ Delight in a Cape Cod-style home filled with eclectic art and furniture ✔ Relax in spacious living areas illuminated by natural light ✔ Enjoy a well-stocked kitchen with modern conveniences for any culinary endeavor ✔ Rest comfortably in two serene bedrooms complete with plush bedding ✔ Unwind with a 65-inch HDTV featuring popular streaming services ✔ Refresh in a charming bathroom outfitted with essentials Your private entrance has a smart lock on the main house upstairs and you can park in the driveway off the street. There's no shared entrance with the apartment downstairs. It’s important that you know that this property near Idaho State University is a duplex of sorts (like most homes in the area). Les who is a local student in graduate school lives downstairs. You will share the laundry which is in the basement, but please do not bother Les whose entrance door is downstairs in the basement. Les uses the side door of the house to access their apartment. You use the front door. You do not share living space or cross paths in any way other than the shared laundry space. Guest access ✔ Enter through your private entrance equipped with a smart lock ✔ Park conveniently with available free street parking ✔ Utilize the shared laundry facilities in the basement for your convenience ✔ Enjoy exclusive access to the entire living space separate from downstairs If you are booking for a company, a work crew, or any commercial reason, we have some additional house rules that we’ve found to be mutually beneficial for your guests and our home. We ask that for any stay of 10 days or more, that we conduct a weekly inspection and quick clean. This will be charged on an hourly basis, but have a minimum charge of $75 per week. Other things to note ✔ Our property is ideal for ISU visitors and art enthusiasts alike ✔ Enjoy the artfully curated interiors that define our unique aesthetic ✔ Pets are welcome but please avoid leaving them unattended on furniture ✔ Sacred spaces are maintained by not allowing pets alone to prevent cleaning issues Pets aren't allowed on furniture or in the beds. Please do not leave fuzzy home alone. We know from experience that when animals are left alone they get nervous and want to curl up in bed where you sleep and it ends up becoming a major issue for our cleaning crew. If the house is left with extra cleaning from pets and we have to incur additional cleaning charges or the bedding/linens needs to be replaced, we will be forwarding them to you at cost.
