Bright and Spacious Rooftop Flat

Come check out the unique rooftop scenery from my bright three-room apartment in the exclusive Eppendorf neighbourhood. The apartment is situated in the quiet street of Erikastraße surrounded by parks, cafés, urban life and subway stations all within five minutes' walk. Other things to note I'll take care of washing used towels, sheets and covers after your departure. But apart from that, I expect the apartment to be left in the same state as it was handed over, as I don't charge a cleaning fee. Regarding parking in the neighborhood, it is primarily designated for residents with parking permits. Visitors are required to obtain a visitor parking permit for 3 Euros per day, but this can only be acquired by residents (myself) through the official city portal online. Please inform me in advance if you would like to take advantage of this option, and I will complete the application on your behalf and charge you for the additional parking costs.
