Small independant house adjoining the owners' house, located in the center of the village, in a quiet area with an unobstructed view of the scrubland and the sea (20 minutes on foot). Take advantage of its two terraces, its barbecue, and above all the exceptional environment offered by Leucate village The space The 55m2 apartment, fully air conditioned, offers two bedrooms, one with a double bed with sea view, and one with two single beds with garrigue view. The living room is equipped if necessary with a sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. TV with Netflix / Wifi / Bluetooth speaker. 2 terraces are accessible. 1 barbecue is available. A charging socket can be available for electric vehicles if necessary. Easy access and secure parking on site. Pétanque ground on site. Baby equipment (bed - bathtub - playpen - high chair) available on request The swimming pool is not available to our travelers, with some exceptions. Guest access Leucate, a typical seaside village in the South of France will seduce you with its 18km of fine sandy beach, its cliff, its salt lake, its trendy restaurants, its hiking trails and its local producers (oysters, wines, etc.) Other things to note We value this house and its amenities very much, so we welcome cautious tenants who respect the good of others. The cleaning fee includes normal cleaning, bed linen, and a set of towels for each person. The cleaning costs do not include cleaning the mattress, sofa, oven, walls, etc
