The space It is a modern cozy 980sq ft above garage suite on 3 acres of forested land with walking trails at the end of a private road. Up the stairs to the private suite there are 2 spacious bedrooms and an open concept kitchen/dining/living room with a gas fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen with a gas range and bbq on the patio. The master bedroom has a king size bed with mountain views. The second room has a queen sized bed and a sleeping loft with a cozy twin size bed that the kids would love. The sectional in the living room also pulls out for extra guests. Have a shower in the double rainfall shower with endless hot water on demand and heated bathroom floors. The rooftop patio has beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and tree tops and a jacuzzi spa hot tub. There is also separate secure space at the bottom of the stairs for all your gear.
