The kitchenette has a sink, refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop, pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. There is also a newly remodeled bathroom with a bathtub. This apartment has access to the shared laundry room with washer and dryer. This is a fantastic location to get some work done, base camp for a ski or mountain adventure, or explore the city. Limited free on-street parking available, but during busy times you may need to park up to one block away. Includes access to building's shared laundry room from 7:30 AM to 9:30 PM. Guest access The entire apartment is yours with private entrance and you have access to the building's laundry room. Other things to note IMPORTANT: This is a basement unit that shares walls with other units in the building. You should expect noise from other residents, including creaky upstairs floors. The shared laundry room is next to the apartment and may be audible when the machines are running. Ceilings are 7 feet and doorways are 6 feet tall. There is a 2-burner cooktop, but no oven.
