Guest access Before your arrival, we will send you the self check-in instructions with everything you need, including directions, Wi-Fi information and door lock details. This allows you to arrive at your convenience without having to schedule a check-in, which is perfect if your travel plans change or your arrival is delayed. Upon arrival at the entrance to the Tierra Pacifica condominium, the guards, who provide 24-hour security, will be waiting for you. They can let you in and point you in the direction of Hotel Balu; please note that they only speak Spanish. Once inside, you'll have access to our private and secure parking area with space for 6–8 vehicles, well lit and monitored for your peace of mind. During their stay, guests enjoy full and exclusive access to all of Hotel Balu's amenities, including the pool, yoga shala, garden trails, community fire pit, and other shared spaces reserved for our guests. You can also explore the wider community of Tierra Pacifica, which is usually very quiet and peaceful. Although these areas are shared with other residents, it will usually feel as if you have both the hotel and the surroundings practically to yourself, offering a perfect balance between privacy and connection with nature. If you have any questions during your stay, we are always available to help.
