Our centrally located home has a peaceful green garden, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and all the amenities that you will need in your stay. Villa Anka (Phoenix) promisses a comfy stay just 25 minutes away from famous Ölüdeniz beach, 10 minutes from Fethiye city center and only 5 minutes from Çalış Beach. The space With quality furnitures renewed on August 2021, our beautiful villa provides comfy living spaces, a private garden and parking space for up to 2 vehicles. There are air conditioners in each room. The 3 floor villa has a large living room in the first floor with open kitchen. There is a terrace and a bathroom on this floor as well. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms one of which is a private bathroom accessed from the first bedroom. The third floor is a rooftop area with double bed and also a quiet and cosy working space. All of the rooms has bed linens, blankets, towels and other amenities. Guest access You will reach out to our house conveniently by many public transport options such as busses and mini busses. The bus stations is only 3 minutes walking distance. In addition, you will find 2 free parking spaces near our garden. Çalış beach is approximately 15 minutes walking distance from our home. Other things to note If you are planning to visit in winter time, please keep in mind that the fire place is out of order for security reasons.
