There are no shared spaces with the main house, the unit is self contained. Free street parking is available for guests, at the side of the house on the Round Drive. PLEASE NOTE - the unit is self contained within a larger house where other guests and/or the owners will be staying. The wider house is a family home so please be respectful of your neighbours & keep noise to a minimum. No parties, stags etc, no pets & no smoking. Guest access The off street parking is for the main house guests. Unit guests are asked to park on the side of the house on the Round Drive. Off street parking is free and readily available. Please note - there are two steps leading up to the entrance, and then two more steps down into the unit. Avoca Beach & Avoca Village are a short stroll away, or one minute drive. More supermarkets & amenities are found at Kincumber Village & Erina Fair.
