Charming house near the beach with garden

House ideally located on a very quiet street with the beach 500 m away and the city center 1 km away. The GR34 is within walking distance. The house is as follows: - On the ground floor you will find a large separate fully equipped kitchen and a second beautiful living room - Upstairs, two bedrooms with balconies overlooking the sea and the archipelago of 7 islands. Access to a large shared garden, private area with sun loungers and garden furniture. Free parking. The space The ground floor includes: - A large fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker (filter), toaster, kettle, table and chairs - A beautiful living room with dining table, chairs, sofa, coffee table and TV - Separate toilet Upstairs you will find: - 1 large bedroom with 1 140 x 190 cm bed, storage furniture and balcony - 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 cm beds, storage furniture, desk and balcony - Bathroom with shower and sink. This beautiful stone house has a private outdoor space, semi-enclosed by hedges, at the entrance to the house. In addition, access to a large garden shared with three other small homes is offered, where we dedicate a private and intimate part for each home. We own the townhouse on the right and two apartments below, with which the garden is shared. Sheets and linen not provided, possibility to rent including 1 bottom sheet, 1 duvet cover, 2 large towels, 2 small towels and 1 bath mat (€17/pers).
