The room is positioned in a quarter circle of windows offering you plenty of daylight and a view of the neighborhood. Completely renovated, this apartment has been the refuge of its owner for many years, who has furnished it by prioritizing comfort. Large bedroom, large bathroom, cozy living room with sofa bed, the apartment also has its dining room semi-open to the kitchen. Fully equipped, you will find everything you need for a great stay. A queen size bed with a full bedroom wall in the wardrobe, you will have hardwood floors everywhere and high ceilings in the apartment. You also have a washing machine and dryer in the basement, accessible from the inside (via the owner's house) or from outside access, of your choice. PETS: your dog or cat is welcome. Only one animal please. Note, however, that out of respect for the next occupants, ozone treatment will be required at the time of your departure. Such treatment requires specialized equipment and entails a fee that we will ask you to assume, in addition to the rental. Ozone eliminates any allergens and eliminates odors that your pet may cause. Ozone treatment costs $200 plus tax and is payable on the day of your arrival, or via the Airbnb platform if you prefer. Notwithstanding the ozone treatment, you remain responsible for any damage your little companion may cause and you are required to pick up their droppings outside or keep their litter box clean during your stay.
