Other things to note Our home is located in a lively, well-maintained residential neighborhood that is safe, welcoming, and conveniently located just minutes from I-675. You’ll enjoy quick access to popular shopping centers, local restaurants, grocery stores, hospitals, and major employers—making this an ideal stay for business travelers, traveling professionals, families, and weekend visitors. You get the convenience of city access without the isolation of a rural location. Guest Verification & Fees The booking guest must complete our guest verification form and provide a government-issued ID prior to check-in. Check-in instructions and door access will only be released once verification is completed. A $50 damage waiver is applied per stay. Pet Policy One dog is permitted per stay for an additional fee. Additional pets may incur extra charges. Cats are not permitted due to severe owner allergies. Last-Minute Bookings Same-day reservations are welcome between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, subject to availability. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute travel needs. Reservations of 30+ nights require a signed lease agreement and security deposit, refundable per lease terms and subject to deductions for damages or excessive utilities.
