This apartment is an idyllic family retreat, with, one large bedroom-with a Queen bed, single bed and trundle-plus a single sofabed in the living room. It’s a comfortable space with everything you need to make this a home from home. Situated in a leafy quiet residential area with plenty of space for the children to play. Property includes children's swing, BBQ and two decks for alfresco dining and off road parking. A short stroll to the town and 15-20 minute walk to the beach. The space This apartment has everything you need to make you and your family comfortable. The yard is enclosed so you can relax and enjoy the space while the children play safely in the cubby house, run on the lawn or hang out on the swings. It is a detached house with only one tenant living in the apartment upstairs so ideal for a tranquil beach retreat. There is a games cupboard to enjoy some family fun after a full day on the local beach. Google chrome cast on the TV so you can watch Netflix etc from the apps on your phones (if you have them). All linen and towels are provided. Just let us know which beds you want made up and how many of you there are so we can leave out towels. The water system is solar so be mindful when using the hot water. There is a full tank dedicated to the apartment but that may not reach to fill the bath and have multiple showers at the same time. TOYS Please enjoy our toy cupboard, but we ask you to respectfully take care of them so that other people can use them, please be mindful to pack away after your fun. The swing is for young children. Please do not let children older children use them- and only two children on the swing at a time. They are just not designed to take the weight of older or more children. PETS We are happy to welcome your pets to Blau beach-house. The garden is completely fenced-in with heights that vary from 100-180cm. There is a small gap underneath the electric gate on the driveway to allow the gate to move on wheels, and the front garden is shared so there will be other people coming in and out of the driveway/front gate. The driveway, front gate and property entrance are communal which means pets (and children) need to be supervised. In the past guests have brought along with them a gate (Child gate used on stairs) to secure their dog in the backyard when they have gone out. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms and please keep your pets off the furniture. If you go out and don’t want to take your pet they can be left alone enclosed in the laundry room. Please clean up after your pet and you are responsible for your pets so any damage will have to be paid for. Guest access We will aim to greet you but if that's not possible there is a key safe onsite. Other things to note The cubby house and swing are designed for small children. Please ensure there are not more than 3 children in the cubby house at any one time and two children on the swing, and that they are under 10 years old. Children must be supervised at all times.
