This charming, old terrace is filled with character and positioned right on Birchgrove Park/Oval; close to buses and ferries and a great cafe across the road! The original part of the house comprises of two lovely living rooms with high ceilings and two verandahs, one upstairs and one downstairs. The space This house is quite unique for the area as it's very grand and spacious. It is ideally situated to enjoy the locality and all that Sydney has to offer. It has lovely verandahs to have a coffee or a cocktail and lots of comfortable sofas to relax. Guest access Guests can access the family room, formal dining room, breakfast room, kitchen, both bathrooms, front yard and verandahs. There is one room filled with stuff heading to eBay and the back yard landscaping is not finished yet, so not at its best. I have a spare single mattress for the floor and there may also be a spare queen size room that will be available. During your stay I don't work full time so I am around to answer questions and assist with special requests. Other things to note Please note, potential guests, this is a non-smoking home so please no smoking anywhere on the premises, including the garden and verandahs.
