The space Our home, originally built in the 1980s, has been lovingly maintained and recently refreshed with thoughtful updates. Fresh paint, new carpet, and a renovated bathroom bring a modern and inviting feel to the space, while still retaining its original charm. One of the highlights is our beautiful native garden, lovingly created by my husband. Depending on the season, you may catch it in full bloom—a vibrant and colourful sight! We also have fruit trees and fresh herbs available, and we’re happy to share them with you to enhance your home-cooked meals. For those traveling with children or pets, the enclosed backyard is a wonderful space to explore and play. It features: • A slide from the deck • A sandpit with toys • An outdoor kitchen for imaginative play • Monkey bars for little adventurers For the grown-ups, there’s a spacious undercover outdoor entertaining area, perfect for relaxing with a drink, sharing meals, or simply enjoying the changing seasons. Heating - wood fire in the living room, reverse cycle system, 2 portable heaters, double glazed windows & block out blinds Cooling - reverse cycle system, ceiling fan in the living room, portable fans, double glazed windows & block out blinds. Sleeping Arrangements: • Bedroom 1: King bed with an electric blanket and closet • Bedroom 2: Queen bed with an electric blanket and closet • Bedroom 3: King single bunk bed (suitable for adults), portable heater, and closet In addition, we have recently installed a whole house water filter system, ensuring that the water you use is purified and safe. This means you won't have to purchase bottled water during your stay. Local Tips: Port Campbell is a small, friendly town. If you plan to cook during your stay, you’ll find everything you need at the local grocer on 23 Lord Street. Just be sure to check their closing times so you don’t miss out! Guest access Guest Access Guests have full access to the entire house and the fully enclosed backyard, making it a safe and enjoyable space for families, children, and pets. Please note: The garage at the front of the property, located outside the fenced area, is used by Southern Coast Accommodation for storage purposes. This area is not accessible to guests, but rest assured—it is separate from the main house and will not affect your stay in any way.
