The airport is a 5-minute drive, Yellowstone hwy 1 minute to the south. Excellent family reunion home! The space Our home is a 3500 square foot Vintage 60's Retreat! This home has original Hardwood Floors and treasured 1960's finishes. Great for large groups! Soak in the hot tub after a walk around the green belt and a nice meal at Sandpiper, Jakers, Bees Knees, Snake Bite, Smokin Fin, or any of the great downtown restaurants. You can walk to all. Challenge your partner to a game of billiards, shuffleboard, darts, or one of the arcade games. Simply put... have fun! relax, and enjoy our home! Our home is your home! We sleep 30 plus! You will have access to our two-car garage, large fenced-in back yard with outdoor fireplace! Hot Tub room, Laundry room, Seven Bedrooms! Two living rooms! Fully Stocked kitchen and dining room! Last but not least we have a legit game room, Shuffle Board! Pro Dart Board, Pool Table, And arcade games! Perfect for family reunions, wedding groups, couples retreat, high school sports teams, the list goes on and on! Our Home has several levels, If a few stairs are not your thing, then we are not the house for you. By booking our property you agree to abide by the house rules and policies, including the check-out instructions. This also includes accurate reporting of the number of guests staying at the property. If all house rules, policies, and check-out instructions are not followed we reserve the right to keep a portion or all of the refundable damage deposit or request an extra cleaning fee. Just a reminder as stated in our booking platform, by booking our property you agree to abide by the house rules and policies, including completing the checkout instructions to the fullest. If all house rules, policies, and check-out instructions are not followed we reserve the right to keep a portion or all of the refundable damage deposit and/or request an extra cleaning fee. We are a pet-friendly home by APPROVAL ONLY. If a pet is on-premises without approval a minimum of $100 fine will be assessed per pet. Pets having received approval (limit 2)we ask that you keep them off the furniture and beds. Do not leave them alone in the home without being properly kenneled. And please make sure the backyard is clean and clear of their leftovers. We do allow small gatherings/parties but please be mindful of our neighbors. We will not tolerate large numbers of unauthorized guests. If we find you being disrespectful to our property or neighbors and have unauthorized guests you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Any broken, damaged, or missing furniture or fixtures will be assessed a $300 fine. Any damaged/missing linens will be assessed up to a $75 fine per item. We understand accidents happen. Please communicate with us and we are willing to work with you. We are a Non-Smoking property. Smoking of any kind in or on the property will be assessed a minimum $200 fine. Hot Tub Care Rules These rules must be followed. 1. Shower before entering. 2. No more than 6 People in at a time. 3. IF AVAILABLE After use, put in provided chemical in zip lock bags into the hot tub and turn it on. One zip lock bag per day, after use. 4. Please! Only use provided towels in the hot tub room. 5. Please put the chlorine floater back in the tub after each use. These rules will keep the hot tub nice and clear for future users. Failure to comply with these rules may result in an extra cleaning fee being assessed upon check out. Guest access We have a 2 Car Garage and A deep Driveway for your use. Our neighborhood is part of the Vibrant green belt, Ball Park district in Idaho Falls. Super safe, quaint and gorgeous. So close to everything fabulous in Idaho Falls.
