Studio Tzawel : private downtown Gent

This recognized holiday home (***) is located on the ground floor of our house from the 1890s in a quiet street in the center of Ghent. Ideal for couples. At 75 meters away, there is already a popular restaurant, moreover, more choice at 350 meters away in the Patershol. Numerous shops nearby. The space is spacious (70m²) and there is an outdoor area to place waste. Private access to the studio. Only the hallway is shared with my family. Absolute silence is requested from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. The space Fully equipped kitchen with 4 hobs and a combi microwave/oven with dishwasher. Nespresso machine available. Double bed (180x200) is standard in the apartment. On request, a single bed (80x200) or a child's bed (travel bed or co-sleeper) can be provided. Please mention this in the request. Guest access Brussels Airport: NMBS train to Gent-Sint-Pieters (taxi and public transport available to our studio) or Gent-Dampoort (20 min. walk). Charleroi Airport: Flibco bus to Gent-Sint-Pieters Public transportation from Ghent-Sint-Pieter to StudioTzawel: DeLijn provides the Flemish network of trams and buses. * From Ghent-Sint-Pieters, you can take tram 4 to the Ghent Coppinsstraat stop (takes 30 minutes and arrives 250m from the studio) (tram is more frequent). * From Ghent-Sint-Pieters, you can take the bus (e.g. number 55) to the Ghent Ottogracht stop (takes 20 minutes and arrives 400m from the studio). * Route planner on the DeLlijn website Bicycles can be stored inside. Flixbus from other cities arrives in Ghent Dampoort (20 min. walk). For drivers: 1 vehicle can park for free in the street/neighborhood. There is also a free Park and Ride Muide 22 minutes walk away or an underground Parking Dok Noord (7 EUR/day). Important: To enter the city center of Ghent, you must register your car in advance for the low emission zone. Other things to note From 10 p.m. in the evening until 6 a.m. in the morning, there is silence out of respect for the neighbors in accordance with the municipal regulations.
