Large house with landscaped garden

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. This is a beautiful detached house in its vast landscaped garden (5000 m2). The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 on the ground floor (including a through bedroom) and 2 upstairs. There is also a large bright living room with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen (see photo) and 2 bathrooms. Outside you will find - a large trampoline - a swing The space Our house fits our family. So it is perfectly suitable for children! We have lots of games (Playmobil, Duplo, puzzles, but also board games for example) and lots of books for them (see photos). The exterior also allows them to keep themselves busy (trampoline, swing...) We particularly love our house for its quality materials (solid parquet in the living room, tiles in the kitchen). Our living room is large and bright, our stove heats very efficiently with a few logs, it is easy to maintain, just remove the ashes once a week. We have 5 rooms and have chosen to offer 4 for Airbnb rentals. On the ground floor - a bedroom for our youngest son with a 140 x 190 bed - a bedroom with a mid-height bed Upstairs - our daughter's bedroom with a 140 x 200 bed - our second daughter's bedroom with a 90 x 200 bed We cook a lot and are very well equipped. The kitchen was renovated in 2022. We have induction hobs with built-in hood, oven, fridge in the kitchen. In the annex we have a second fridge as well as a freezer. We are also equipped with - heating blender - Kenwood Cooking Chef blender - Multidelice yogurt maker - Magimix Gelato - party pancake maker - waffle maker, etc. Our house is about a 15-minute walk from Suce sur Erdre train station, which will take you to Nantes in 27 minutes. At the station you will find a bakery, a cheese shop, a wine shop, a pharmacy and a Carrefour Contact. In the village of Sucé-sur-Erdre there is also a delicatessen, a butcher, a bakery, a pharmacy and several restaurants including the beautiful nest, a very good bistronomic restaurant. We are about a 15-minute walk from the town center where there is a bakery, delicatessen, butcher, bulk grocery store and caterer/greengrocer. On the port of Sucé-sur-Erdre, several restaurants of various styles. Possibility of renting an electric boat or kayak canoe to take a tour on the Erdre, and admire the castles that border it. We are 10 minutes from the tram station, where you will find a bakery, a wine shop, a cheese shop. Trains depart regularly and you will be in the center of Nantes in 25 minutes, to visit the Jardin des Plantes, or take a tour of the machines of the island, admire the Elephant. Things to do in Nantes: take a Nantes Pass and visit: - the castle of the Dukes of Brittany - the LU tower - take a little train ride - have access to guided tours - cruise the Loire or the Erdre - go to the island's machine carousel - visit the island's machinery museum - go get sprayed under the elephant You can also go to Saint Nazaire in 45 minutes and visit the shipyards, we recommend the swordfish museum, great even with children! From there you can enjoy the beach! To get around you can use our bikes if necessary - an electric bike with front and rear baby seat or child trailer - an Urban Arrow cargo bike - a mountain bike - Children's bikes: 24, 20 and 16 inches We are available to chat and discuss our home with you! Guest access The entire house (outside our room) as well as the garden is accessible Other things to note We have animals, we have a dog (Cavalier King Charles) who will not be present at the house during your stay (unless otherwise requested😌), a small cat, born in April 2023, and lots of chickens that are in their large enclosure!
