Cynthia House is a new "Swedish House" built in 2017.Due to its excellent confidentiality, it is a cool, warm and comfortable house in winter.The exterior is a Western-style image of southern France. It is located in a quiet residential area, but there are many supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, shops, etc. within walking distance, which is convenient for daily life. Easy access to Shinjuku, Shibuya, Kichijoji, Nakano, Shimokitazawa, etc. Nearby, there is Zenpukuji River Park, which is ideal for walking and jogging. This accommodation is for women or families (parents and children) only.No other men are allowed to stay. The space The room is a private guest area on the second floor of the house, and the entrance is separate from the host.The second floor has a large living and dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a toilet.The bathtub is large, so you can soak in the bathtub comfortably. The bedroom has a slightly dark and calm atmosphere, and it receives good reviews for being a place where you can sleep soundly.There is a table, small chest, and wall shelves for hanging clothes.We can accommodate up to 4 people by placing a mattress on the tatami mats.(If there are 4 people, the room will be almost full with futons) The dining kitchen is equipped with an IH cooking heater, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. Please also enjoy self-catering with pots and dishes. Complimentary drinks include coffee, tea, and green tea. Guest access The guest area is mainly on the second floor. Please do not enter areas marked "Private" or "Keep Out". Also, please do not enter the underground music studio without permission. During your stay The guest area and host area are separated, and privacy is basically maintained, but you can talk to the host from the atrium in the hallway when needed.Please let me know if you have any questions. Other things to note This accommodation is limited to women or families (parents and children).Other men are not allowed to stay overnight. There are residents on the second floor, but it is separated from the guest area. The house has a music studio in the basement and there may be guests using the studio.Please note that they do not enter the private lodging area on the second floor, but only the guest entrance on the first floor will be shared. Laundry service is available for a fee.It is a fully automatic drum washing machine, and you can wash and dry laundry up to 6kg for 1000 yen.Please be aware that it may take some time.
