The space When you enter through the double front doorway, you'll be delighted by the huge open concept living space, step-free interior, well-equipped new granite kitchen, designer kitchen island for casual meals, dining area with expandable table, game table for a quick game of chess, checkers, or cards, and living room with new furniture and 70-inch Smart TV. After you arrive you will quickly appreciate all the thought we put into the home like luxury vinyl plank flooring in the main living area and bedrooms, tiled bathrooms and laundry room, skylights throughout, 36-inch wide sound-proof solid doors, insulation in the walls to reduce room-to-room noise, two super comfortable king beds & two queen beds, huge custom showers with rain showerheads, smart TVs, ultra-high speed internet, USB ports, wireless android charging clocks, city water and sewer, and more. We also provide you with luxury bath and beach/pool towels, chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. We start you off with a supply of the basics: coffee, soap, shampoo, conditioner, cleaning supplies, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, and of course, toilet paper. Just bring your clothes, sunscreen, and bathing suit! The primary bedroom with a king bed is Tommy Bahama-style and has a wall-mounted flat screen TV. There is a luxury ensuite bathroom with double vanity, skylight, and rain shower with oversized glass enclosure and beautiful blue driftwood tiles. The pool-side bedroom has another amazingly comfortable king bed, wall-mounted flat screen TV, surround windows overlooking the 1/2 acre property, and a sliding glass door to the lanai and pool. The third bedroom is oversized and has two queen beds, skylights, a full sized desk, and a large flat screen TV. There is a centrally located bathroom with a large walk-in shower shared by the second and third bedrooms. There is an outdoor dining area under roof, inside the pool enclosure, and there is also a gas grill. For those cooking enthusiasts, we have the following for you to enjoy: Ninja blender, Air Fryer, Popcorn maker, waffle maker, rice cooker, steamer, mixer, Keurig, microwave, toaster, and all the kitchen tools, dishes, and toddler/baby dishes you might need. A Samsung front load washer and dryer as well as a new utility sink are located in the laundry room. Guest access Parking is on the long private driveway in this quite residential neighborhood. The neighborhood is very walkable with wide streets that end in sand roads that lead to a beach path. The walk to the beach is about 20 minutes. The house is a 3-minute drive from the beach and public boat launch. Other things to note Less than 10-minute drive to Venice Area shopping (Publix, Home Depot, Wal-Mart, etc.). The new Costco and the Spring Training stadium at Wellen Park are about 15-20 minutes away. Huge properties with lots of privacy and wide streets.
