Apartment located in Foch (on a quiet street). Ideally located with restaurants, shops, bakeries, shops of all kinds within a 2-min walk! Access to the Rhône docks in 1 min, 10 min from Tête d'Or Park, you just have to cross the bridge to be at Place Terreaux. Metro, bus or velov station 1 min away The space The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (note: no elevator), Haussman style with beautiful ceiling heights. Open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom with bathroom. The toilet is at the entrance, separated from the rest of the apartment. *Living room* The living room consists of a sofa & 3 armchairs, side tables and a coffee table. Some green plants. An antique wooden table serves as a dining table. A small desk will allow you to put your computer down if needed. Provision of a small Bose speaker for background music. *Bedroom* Spacious room with a wardrobe to store your belongings. The bed is 160 cm. A steam iron is available, but no ironing board, a towel on the dresser serves as a table. *Bathroom* Accessible through the bedroom only. Spacious shower, electric towel dryer *Kitchen* The kitchen is equipped: induction stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, raclette machine for 2, citrus press, dishes… The apartment is my main property, so you will enjoy an apartment where there is life and where you will feel good quickly. REMINDER OF POTENTIAL INCONVENIENCES: - no television - no parties allowed - internet does not work all the time, and sometimes no internet during your stay. Only rely on your 4G Guest access Parking is available on the street and adjacent streets. The streets are paid in the very center of Lyon. €1.20/h on the street. To avoid paying, I'll show you places but it's definitely not in the neighborhood. :-( Other things to note If you need to drop off your luggage upon arrival before check-in time, let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate your request if it's possible.
