Cozy 3BR Chalet With Stunning Grand Massif Views

Our cozy 3BR south-facing chalet is perched on a hill in the hamlet of Verchaix--just up from Samoens and Morillon, two well-known Grand Massif ski towns. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the chalet has 3 floors and 2 balconies offering beautiful views over the valley of ski slopes, paragliders, and snow-capped mountains. The nearest lift is a 7 min drive, or you can walk 15 min to the ski bus stop in Verchaix. Suitable for families, couples, and groups of friends with a car. The space Set on 3 levels, our small chalet offers a wonderful base for enjoying the best of the Haute-Savoie mountains. The main floor has a nice living area with a woodstove, a dining area, a kitchen, and a balcony that wraps around most of the chalet. The upstairs has two bedrooms (a double and a bunk), a bathroom (shower and toilet), and a balcony. The downstairs has a double bedroom, an ensuite bathroom (bathtub/shower), a separate toilet, closets, and a play room that can also be used for storing skis, boots, bags, etc. The downstairs has underfloor heating. Guest access There is free street parking. A car is a must for getting around. Other things to note This is our second home, so it's lived in lightly and kept up as our mountain getaway - we rent it out a little bit in winter and summer but it's not set up to be a commercial Airbnb.
