We welcome you to view our little home for your summer holiday. Situated close to a variety of beautiful beaches, nature hikes, shops, restaurants and amenities in the southern Peninsular, this home is the perfect lock up and go holiday spot. The space The living space opens out onto the covered porch with outdoor picnic table and braai area. The shaded grassy garden is a perfect oasis in the summer heat and leading off from the garden is a sunny paved area with a splash pool. There is a 50" tv and uncapped fibre wifi. The open plan kitchen is kitted with a gas stove and electric oven, with seating around the counter on barstools. Cold outside shower for rinsing off after the beach. Guest access The main house offers 3 bedrooms - 1 sunny main bedroom with a double bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are small and simple with a single beds. All bedrooms have built in cupboards. The bathroom has a bath and shower. The outside room is quite self contained with a double bed, toilet (behind a screen), shower, sink and bar fridge, as well as cupboard and drawer space for storage. The property offers on street parking for 2 vehicles right outside the premises. Additional parking can be found on the street. The suburb of Capri is safe and family orientated, with a small kids park at the bottom of the road. Other things to note As there is no automated watering system, we kindly ask guests to water the garden during their stay.
