The bedroom is very comfortable with a desk and office chair, a sitting chair and spacious closet. Room is well lit with ceiling light, desk light, and bedside light. Parking is available for one vehicle in the driveway (free). Entrance through the garage. Guest access The house is centrally located: Trent U. and Fleming College are both a 15 min. drive away, Lansdowne Mall and downtown are less than a 10 min. drive and there is a grocery store only a 5 minute walk from the house. Jackson Park is a 7 minute drive from the house: a great place to walk the Trans Canada Trail passing right through the city. There are 4 different bus routes accessible this location. During your stay Guests are free to come and go as they please. You have your own bedroom and share a bathroom and kitchen with another tenant. Bedroom and bathrooms can be locked. There is also a washing machine and drying rack available. German and French also spoken by the owners. Your entrance to the home is semi-private through the garage. Other things to note Owner also speaks French and German. The home is pet-free.
