Close to the strip, grocery stores, and restaurants. Mini golf, go-karts, and a winery are also nearby. Perfect for a weekend or long get away. The space Cozy home with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. All bedrooms are on 2nd floor with kitchen and common area on main floor. The kitchen is stocked with guest cooking basics, and Nespresso (with the pods waiting for you, if you bring some it is the smaller pods not the larger ones!) for guests to enjoy. There is a perfect work from home space with a desk just off the common area. The living opens to a spacious deck via two large sliding windows. Small lower deck with a gas fire pit. We do allow pets with a maximum of two pets allowed with a pet fee. Infant/toddler friendly with a pack-n-play, kids high chair, and toddler toys, and utensils. Board games available. 8 people maximum please. Deck area: expansive lake views from deck with outdoor seating available (table and 4 chairs, as well as 4 more additional outdoor chairs). Two grills: one is charcoal grill, the other is a gas Weber. Outdoor string lights present above the deck to enjoy evenings on the deck. Lower deck area has a gas fire pit. Dock area: Dock with 2 boat slips, with the newer larger slip of 30ft allowing for side dock parking for guest boats. NEW TRITOON LOWE SS270 available for your daily rental option. Swimming platform left of slips allows for lounging and enjoying swimming. Maui mat, 2 kayaks, and several inflatables available for guest use! The deck is lighted allowing guests to enjoy evening fishing. BOAT RENTAL: Please message us on booking if you are interested in daily rental for boat. Life jackets included on boat. Boat rental exclusive use to only guests who rent our lovely lake home. Guest access Gravel parking right in front of house. Easily fits 3 cars comfortably (maybe 4 if snug) Other things to note On arrival, there are check in and check out notes to enjoy your stay. Please treat our home as if it was your own! We have a dock for you to enjoy. Please note the house is at the end of dirt road and has a sharp turn. It is not amenable to large boat parking. However, there are plenty boat launches nearby such as Point Randall across the cove.
