This modern and stylishly decorated 3-bedroom apartment, with 2 bathrooms and 114 m² (1,200 sq. ft.) of living space, is situated close to the vibrant Möllevångens Torget, just a 3-minute walk from the main bus station, Södervärn. It’s also very close to Malmö’s central bus station and only 5 minutes from one of the city’s main squares, which is filled with restaurants and pubs. The space This contemporary and stylishly decorated 3-bedroom apartment, with 2 bathrooms and 1,200 sq. ft. of living space, is situated near the vibrant Möllevångens Torget, only a 3-minute walk to the main bus station – Södervärn. The apartment features: * A modern, fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee/tea maker, toaster, cooking utensils, plates, etc. It also features a bar table with barstools. * Washing machine/dryer inside the apartment (unusual in Sweden because the washing area is usually shared among many apartments). * The bathroom is newly renovated and fully tiled. It features designer furniture with a glass shower. Bathroom towels and toiletries will be provided to all our guests. * All 3 bedrooms feature a large bed (160 x 200 cm) made by the Swedish brand Swede Dreams, which provides mattresses to star-rated hotels. Bedsheets, pillow covers, blankets, and towels are changed after each guest. * In addition to all these, the apartment features a spacious living room with a big comfortable sofa, other necessities, and a 50" flat-screen Smart TV with cable connection. * High-speed internet with Wi-Fi is available and free of charge. * It's a mere 3-minute walk to the main bus station in Malmö and a 10-minute walk to the train station, Triangeln. * If needed, we provide free housekeeping once a week (which includes changing bedsheets, towels, etc., and cleaning all the rooms, including the bathroom and kitchen). Guest access A modern, fully equipped KITCHEN with Oven, Stove, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Coffee/Tea maker, Toaster, Cooking utensils, Plates, etc. It also features a bar table with bar stools. Other things to note We provide light housekeeping once a week for our guests who stay for longer periods of time.
