Just steps from the central station and minutes to the heart of the city - "Piazza Unita". The Miramare Luxury Suites guesthouse has been completely renovated, with parquet floors and comfortable, modern feel. Every room is a self-contained unit with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining & working area, closet, window, free Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning & heating. The space We are situated on the first floor of Viale Miramare 29, in a historical 6 storey building (built in early 1900s), which is located in the downtown core of Trieste. Once you find our golden plaque on the exterior of the building, and unlock the door using the provided door code, you will need to walk 3 short flights of stairs to find our property. The property totals 185 m² of 5 separate suites (with private kitchens and bathrooms) & common hallways. The 5 available suites that we have are called: "Canal Grande" or "Ponte Rosso" – Room 1; "Venezia" – Room 2; "Lago Di Garda" – Room 3; "La Serenissima" – Room 4 and "Florentia" – Room 5. Florentia is deluxe suite which can sleep up to 4 people and also has access to a small outdoor courtyard. All of the rooms are conveniently marked and accessible through our versatile self check-in & check-out system. Room 2 - “Venezia” is the second room on the left as you enter, with the door marked with the appropriate number. Inside you’ll find a fully equipped living area with a kitchen, mini fridge, coffee machines (American and Moka), microwave, private bathroom, queen-size bed, air conditioning, closet and much more. Access is fully automated thanks our contactless check-in system by means of an electronic keypad mounted near the door. On this key pad you will be able to enter your own personal code, given to you before check-in (after your room is cleaned and ID documents submitted for every guest). This code is your key to access all 3 doors, street level, property main door and your room. Thanks to this system, you will never lose your key and your room access is always at your fingertips! There is a parking lot at the “Coop” grocery store just 100 meters north of us. The cost is € 6 per day and it’s free from 8:00PM to 8:00AM and also free on Sundays. During your stay To give our guests the maximum privacy and ease of check-in at any time most of the operations have been automatized. The check-in will be made by code (SMART LOCK). Other things to note Miramare Luxury Suites is located near the Trieste Centrale railway station, just a short 5 minute walk. Our location is especially convenient for travellers who are passing through by train and wish to explore this beautiful city. There are 3 grocery stores, also a short distance away. One of them is called Coop and is just a minute walk to the north of the property. We are a short bus ride away from the famous beach – “Barcola” and about a 20 minute walk to the heart of Trieste which is considered to be at the main square of the city - “Piazza Unita”. If you happen to get the munchies, there is a restaurant directly downstairs called “Ristorante l’Ancora”. For breakfast, drinks or simply a sweet treat, you’ll find “Nuovo Bar Maggio” - just a two minute walk from us. They offer coffee, delicious pastries, hot sandwiches and of course – ice cream! Buon Appetito! IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT THE TOURIST TAX: from 01/06/2018 each guest will have to pay € 1.50/per night for a maximum of 5 nights. This expense is NOT included in the amount paid through the Airbnb portal, but must be paid separately at check-out by leaving the cash on the table or kitchen counter. ALSO, we expect every guest to take care of the guesthouse amenities as if they were their own, maintain an adequate behavior and respect other patrons.
